Pilsen region

The third part of the Model of The Czech Republic is Pilsen region. The region can be divided in two parts – the city of Pilsen and the area toward the state border with Germany. There is a big model of the main station dominating Pilsen  and in the surroundings the celebration of the city liberation by American army. It also includes the model of Dinopark and Pilsen Bory heliport.

In the second whole of the trackage, the region depicts the region and the stations of Domažlice, Klatovy, Sušice a Horažďovice suburbs. The whole part is intersected with trackage connecting these towns. This part is focused on landscape mainly without bigger city agglomerates and industrial plants. The emphasis is placed mainly on natural sceneries and farming. As is the case in reality, the emphasis on cattle breeding and wood excavation predominates in the model. The castle of Rábí and Radyně are landmarks of the region.

Higher forest range separates the city of Pilsen in its whole length from other wholes and cities. The region takes up an area of 117 m². The works began in January and were completed in June 2012.
